tija7 @kanusch2018 I’m soo sorry! I noticed the tracking info has been saying the same thing for the past few days. And I shipped it on 7/17 for 2 day delivery. It should have been there by now! I will try to contact Poshmark and see if maybe they can track it as well.

tija7 @kanusch2018 I contact Poshmark as well. I received no help from post office. 🤦🏽‍♀️. Maybe Poshmark can refund your shipping fee for 2 day delivery. It’s not fair that you paid for 2 day delivery and that service was not given you know?

tija7 @kanusch2018 yes i never had this happen either. I asked them to refund your shipping fee so make sure they do refund you. They stayed they are trying to find package so I will let you know when I hear something from them. And again I’m sorry for the delay.

tija7 @kanusch2018 hi I’m so sorry for the mishap. Did posh return your money? I received a letter from post office today. It seem somebody ripped off your mailing label and stole my item. So I have to file a claim with usps. I’ve never ever experience this before. USPS stayed that it package made it to San Francisco then that must be when someone saw it was a Poshmark item and ripped label and stole package. 😡

I appreciate all that you did I can’t believe that this happened this is so upsetting and frustrating especially for you as the seller iam shocked that some people are so rude and just take what they want without hesitation what a crazy world that we are living in I wish you all the best and hope so much that you will also get some kind of a refund this is just not fair to anyone 😢😡
