jolienswindow @anna3schoepp hi there , Poshmark do not release the payment until the buyer accepts the delivery ! Poshmark gives the buyer 3 days to accept & rate the seller & if for any reason the buyer miss that 3 days Poshmark will do a automatic release but No rating ! 😊 basically its a 2 way road business, seller does her half & ship in timely manner & buyer has to do her part & accept the order or open a case if there is something wrong with the item & she wants to return !
