maryfashionista Hi, the travel case was brand new and I verified open closing and everything was working before shipping. It must have been damaged during shipment I would contact USPS or Poshmark and file a claim since these packages are insured. I do not deserve a 1 star rating for something USPS did since it was not my fault. I hope you get this resolved thru Usps//Poshmark. Thank you
