runner949 @kentonlewis1 Hi Kenton 👋🏽 I’m glad the shoes were delivered before your trip. I’m not sure if the issues you need to discuss privately has anything to do with the item purchased. Unfortunately, we, as a seller (and this also goes for the buyer) are not allowed to take any discussions off the Poshmark platform. Is the item not as described? I hope it wasn’t damaged because I made sure it was wrapped properly.

kentonlewis1 @runner949 Hi Anna, I understand. The item is exactly as described and the shoes were in perfect shape. I had a tee time literally an hour after receiving the shoes, so put them on and wore them yesterday. They were very comfortable initially, but after a few holes (we walk the course) I noticed discomfort in my heels. After 10 holes the pain started, and after all 18 holes I could barely walk. The result are two massive blisters. They seem broken in, so that's likely not the case. Ugh.

runner949 @kentonlewis1 I’m so sorry that happened to you. That’s awful! My husband said he only wore the shoes once, and it was too small for him. He said he never had issues with it. I feel bad this happened to you, but I’m not sure how I can help. I’ve never had any issues like this… You can talk to customer service and let them know about it. Maybe even get a refund? I honestly don’t know what I can do from my end.

kentonlewis1 @runner949 Yeah, it's not you at all. The shoes fit comfortably, and were in great shape as specified. I'll see what I can do - maybe change socks/wear tape/etc...I didn't want to share publicly because it just seems that the shoes have a reputation for this, but it's not your fault.

runner949 @kentonlewis1 Thanks for saying that. I know it’s not my fault, but still, I felt bad. I pride myself in making sure that the buyer gets exactly what they expected and is happy with their purchase. I wouldn’t have a problem giving you a refund, but Poshmark doesn’t give us, the seller, that option. It’s up to their customer service. You always have an option to report any problems with the items before accepting it (for future reference) Anyway, I hope your blisters heal before your trip.
