I am totally mortified to tell you I cannot find the chambray Hucklebones dress anywhere:( I’ve torn my house apart and have no idea where it is 😥 I’m really hoping we can resolve this! First option would be for you to pick anything else in my closet and i’ll replace it with that item!

shainahops @annaroberts2013 hmm the only blue Hucklebones I have is the luxury dress listed at $150. But anything other than the luxury options we could do! I’m also happy to offer a couple items to replace the one dress I lost ... if you don’t hear back from me tonight I’m just putting my little ones in and can follow up tomorrow !

annaroberts2013 @shainahops that sounds good...we can figure out something comparable! Mainly shopping for girls size 5/6. Especially need a coat and shoes, too (size 11ish). I mainly buy for my oldest daughter who is 5... her favorite stuff is usually Mini Boden. Thanks for helping! Anna

annaroberts2013 @shainahops I think that’ll work! I had her go through and tell me what she liked this morning and I “liked” those items....does any of that stuff work? She’s so picky... it exhausts me 🙈😂...she doesn’t like any of the pants or the skirt from the bundle. Hates pants. Haha thanks for your help.

shainahops @annaroberts2013 hi Anna. I feel horrible. I looked into issuing a partial refund but Poshmark doesn’t do that (unlike other sites I list on). Can I give you a $15 credit towards something else you might want in the future? Otherwise we could issue a full return and refund. Thank you for your patience!

I’m pretty likely to purchase big bundles of stuff from you in the future if you ever want to try to make a bundle and propose it to me on here... that way I can avoid all the little shipping fees and you can avoid having to send tons of packages 🤗

I’m sorry you didn’t get the costumes in time for Halloween. You might try to get your money back through Poshmark, since it has taken so long and was time sensitive.
