mkoehnke Hello I’m the lady that purchased the teal colored sandals. I have a couple of concerns the strap on the left sandal is separated from the Velcro also even though the sandals are marked as a size 7 they are definitely longer more like a 7.5. Can I return them

mkoehnke @anna21061 I didn’t contact them I wanted to contact you first. Sometimes the seller can cancel the order and POSH doesn’t get involved but if you don’t want to do that I can contact POSH. Totally up to you😊

mkoehnke @anna21061 I read your most recent comment and didn’t see this till now. I’ve never done a cancellation before but I’m guessing you go to the place I made the offer from or where you accepted my offer and it should give you a chance to cancel
