naptown_threads @anyamarch I'm so glad you asked! In your profile, there is a "my balance" section. It will show up once you make a sale as pending. Once the buyer accepts the item (they have 3 days), then your balance will show as redeemable. I usually have my balance direct deposited in my bank account. However, I think you can request a check. Direct deposit is really quick!

cleopendl Hi Anya, I recieved an email that your fascia blaster order arrived but there was a delivery problem, could be because of covid19? "We attempted to deliver your package at 6:54 pm on April 27, 2020 in HOUSTON, TX 77079 but could not access the delivery location. We will redeliver on the next business day." Please let me know when you recieve your package, so I know you got this okay? :)

anyamarch @cleopendl Hi there! I just checked the tracking and yes, it says the same thing (about the failure to deliver). I live in a residential house so they shouldn’t have had any issues leaving the package. I’ll give it a few more days and check on it. I’ll keep you posted 😊
