kleigh1216 hi there! i’ve packaged your items and am ready to ship tomorrow! before i do, can you just quickly confirm that you’ve looked over the photos, description, and comments to assess wear for both items (especially the loafers!) i’ve had a few customers recently who didn’t read super carefully and were disappointed that their items were used. want to make sure you’re going to be happy with your purchase!

annadepalma23 @kgimborys I Hi thank you so much for your message, I truly appreciate you being upfront. To be honest I don’t see much wear on the shoes from the images except for the soles. Are the soles worse than they appear? Will they need to be replaced? Are the toes scuffed up? I don’t see any of this from the pics. I don’t see any wear on the dress either, the description doesn’t say anything. Can you point out any flaws? This is a lot of money for me so I do want to know what I am getting.

kleigh1216 @annadepalma23 absolutely! most of the wear is on the soles, but there is a tiny bit of wear on one of the toes and the shoes have been worn, so the tops have creased a bit in the shape of your foot when you’re walking. the dress has one teeny tiny snag (pictured in the listing and mentioned in the comment!)

annadepalma23 @kgimborys thank you for the additional pics! I think they are ok and what I would expect from a use pair of shoes. I will likely get sole protectors applied, do you think that will help with the wear on the soles? Seems like they have a lot of life left in them, would you agree? It is a lot of money for me, so of course I want to be able to wear them for a long time.

kleigh1216 @annadepalma23 absolutely! would highly recommend a sole protector (also just so you don’t slip!) and i think a cobbler would also be able to fix the toe wear. my other gucci loafers are in similar condition and have lasted me for years. i just take them to a cobbler every 8 mo or so for touch ups.

kleigh1216 @annadepalma23 great! that should be fine? poshmark will give you the option to cancel if i haven’t shipped in 7 days, but I don’t think they automatically cancel. i can aim to ship next friday, so it’ll be delivered on monday or tuesday?
