hey...thanks for the bad review:) i sleep during the day but thanks for giving me less than 10hrs to respond. i checked the video i made of me packing your items ...showing every inch of every item. and i see no flaws ...dont understand why you wouldnt file a claim if there was. and you never even stated which item had a flaw.

@pinupthrift79 I am not looking to pick a fight. Specifically, I am referring to the stitching on both sleeves of Carlisle dress. My apologies if I was not clear in my notification earlier today. I can send you pictures of where that is. I did not want to open a claim because I would like to keep all of the items and just fix the dress. However, I intended to wear it today and could not do so.

@pinupthrift79 additionally, you stated that all of the items were freshly dry cleaned, however, there was what looked like pet hair on it. Dry cleaners probably had it next to something fuzzy prior to putting it in plastic.
