@annadeaux Hi Anna, they are true to size. This brand partnered with a Canadian company to add comfort technology to their classic shoes so they are true to size and also very kind to the feet and comfortable to wear. 😌👌

@annadeaux Update: I double checked on their website reginaromero.com and found this: “Recommendation:
This moccasin comes a little wider so if your foot is thin or you don't have a high instep, we recommend ordering half a size less than usual. It is designed so that people with a high instep, or a wide foot can use it comfortably.”And about the technology for comfort: “It has our JARC comfort technology.”

I put it in a drop box yesterday since the post office was closed yesterday. I would think it would have been processed by now. Especially since the things I shipped this morning started tracking right away. Looking into it for you!
