Hi,
I just wanted to let you know how sorry I am about having to cancel your order for the orange jacket. As I was preparing to put it in the box and had it lying on the table, my daughter came in the room with a black Sharpie and dropped it on the jacket which left a big black stripe on the jacket. I’m so sorry. If you want something else from my closet, I’ll give you a really steep discount to make up for it.

I have a very expensive suit jacket from Italy not tracking either, sometimes it arrives and says delivered! Never says shipped. I used to worry night and day but after 1600 items shipped I stopped worrying. I have the scan receipt so no problem. it's why I stand in line and wait instead of dropping stuff off. I will look later tonight.

Both of your items are under same address tags, this is why you see one and not the other. the suit jacket is coming to you too! please don't open it. @annaaustin615 shoes are in a box red sweater in a bag and lightweight like air. jacket in a bag too but heavier. your stuff went out earlier and the jacket went out after ,5 so the jacket should come last. I think you will know. Thank you so much! this has been the week from hell😁

David had a stroke and heart attack last Monday and has pneumonia, they think his main aorta is blocked but we have to wait one more week to get that test because it can cause another stroke. this been my week. I am trying to keep his closet running. not doing so good. thanks for being a doll.

Hi - Thank you so much for your purchase! Unfortunately while preparing the jacket for shipping I noticed parts of the sleeve look faded or the pigment has changed. It has never been worn - just hanging in the closet. I am not sure if cleaning it would restore it or not. For this reason I am going to cancel the order.
