winnieballinger I have contacted poshmark about my mistake. I consulted my niece as to what to do. She is a 4 yr posher! You should soon receive a return mailer for the dress I sent you accidentally. They will send me another mailer to send you the proper dress. I remain sorry for my mistake :(

winnieballinger @annamamundi I was never paid, nor did I receive the “wrong dress” in return. I have the dress neatly folded to send you and I am home on fall break from school. I’ll just mail it to you? I need to see if I can, again, find your address. The last msg I received said your dress was available for pickup in Jackson Wy at 9:44am in aug 21. Did you never receive/retrieve it?

winnieballinger @annamamundi that’s what I was told.I now have a box for the correct dress and can send a return mailing envelope postage paid inside of it. Do you think it will fit in an 8 1/2 by 11” mailer? I grabbed one at the post office when I got the box today

winnieballinger I have contacted poshmark again. They said that they contacted you after my first report of sending wrong item (About Aug 17) and instructed you to open a “Received Wrong Item” case. Evidently that would prompt them to send you the return mailer. Somehow they didn’t send that to you, so I will just send you the proper dress out of pocket with a return mailer for the dress you don’t want. It’s all I can think of to do to make this right. winnieballinger I just went to the post office to mail your box and your address as it is depicted on the original prepaid sticker didn’t register as legit. My P O didn’t know if your pkg should go to the street address or the post office box.However, I know that the first package got to you. I decided to get a little more info from you as to how I should write the address on the box for best results. Can you give me some info? Thanks. Winnie

annamamundi @winnieballinger hi Winnie, I'm sorry for the inconvenience, our PO service here in rural WY is super weird, it will go to PO but they require a physical address to be included in the shipping address for delivery to my PO box. no clue why.

annamamundi if the computer system doesn't accept the address usually messing w/ the capitalization and spacing of the "Po box 2361" bit will take care of it. I haven't had any other Poshers ask for shipping clarification so it should be fine as long as the PO staff on your end aren't giving you a hard time. thanks for taking the time to get this straightened out

winnieballinger @annamamundi No problem. I will priority mail today. There is cash in one breast pocket for you to mail the unwanted dress back to me. I figured that would be easiest for you. Don’t priority mail it, as I only had $9 cash on me to put in the pocket. I wasn’t sure that the soft mailing envelope was big enough. I will put it in the mail at lunch.
