fndavid @annaannad Why hasn't the tracking information updated for my sale? Our postal service can take some time to scan packages into their mail stream and update the tracking information. We ask that you allow 48 business hours from the time the package was dropped off at your local post Your order number Date you shipped your order

fndavid @annaannad sorry , I couldn’t paste the whole response cause it kept on saying no longer than 500 characters . Clearly less than 500 but I will go to that annex since that’s where I mail all the time . So sorry. I’ll find out tomorrow

annaannad @fndavid Hi ! yes , I did cancel the order... but I am happy to help in any way ... if the bag eventually shows up I will send it back to you . I will let you know if IN get any e mails for the tracking as well . So far nothing has shown up on my end from postmark / postal services etc . Thank you for you communications !

annaannad @krisypooh_33 I have canceled before but it was after the 7 days waiting period so it was easy to do . In this case I do not have experience . When you say you are awaiting info .... does this mean you cant cancel the order on your end until you get the info from PM ?
