chharsh Hi there I wanted to let you know that I claim has been started with Poshmark for the Chloe bag. The box was partially open, and the post office noted the damage, but since the bag was inside the dust cover, I have a feeling the strap was lost at Poshmark. Either way I submitted a claim and let them know that the box had been open partially, and that the post office was aware of the damage. I just wanted to let you know the claim has been initiated.

anyas_boutique @chharsh thank you for letting me know. I am confident Poshmark and Post Office will find a solution to this problem. I do hope they'll be able to locate the strap at the Authentication Center and your beautiful bag will be complete. Poshmark should not have moved forward with the approval if something was missing, damaged or not as described. From what I understand they take pictures of everything they receive. Lets wait and see.
