hudson20bailey You are obviously new to Poshmark. Please familiarize yourself with how it works. Some use it as a small business and rely on comments and reviews to further their business. A personal message might be the way to go if you are unsatisfied with a purchase. And maybe the seller would try and rectify the situation. Writing a terrible review and giving one star is pretty harsh. Also photos are a major part of describing an item. Look closely! We are all here to support small businesses aren’t we??
