Hi Anna, Thank you for purchasing from my closet. I see you have received your order a couple days ago. As you are new to Poshmark you might not be aware that once you receive your order you have to go back into Poshmark and confirm you received so that the seller is paid. Poshmark holds your payment and releases it when you confirm. Thank you Sue
