debee52 I am so sorry to hear there was a smell to the item. I had washed it and stored it in the plastic bag. Maybe the scent increased in the plastic. My stepsister used to spritz her closet with perfume. She was meticulously clean with her clothes. She died of a heart attack and I got all her clothes, which were barely worn at all because she had so many.
