detox56 Hi Anna, I received a notification from the PO that I had a package to pick up for $19.11. So, today I went by their office and was told I would have to pay that for the package. I explained to them that when I accepted the order online it would release the funds, but they said the box the shoes were shipped in was the wrong type of box, which charges an extra fee. I had them to reship them back to you, until they can be shipped differently. He said the PO will help you. I do want the shoes.

lkng4yesterday @argutierrez This is a first for me, you should contact Posh support and let them know the shoes arrived. They will likely have you ship them back but they will pay the shipping cost.
