jmahawela Pls to let u know the length of shoe. Its 9 inches. I think its a big girl shoe size. On the listing size ,it does not allow me to put big girl size 3. I just saw you had a 3 yr old. So this is too big for her i think. I dont know how to let you know hence posted here. Hope u will see. I am not accepting your offer due to this.

theadornmeshop I am so very sorry, but when I did a final inspection of this dress before shipping I found a small spot on it. I tried several methods this weekend to remove it, but I can’t get it out. I will have to cancel the sale. robinlandis @annabellevance I have never dealt with a situation like this before, so I don’t know how the return label is supposed to get to you. I would assume that since you initiated the return, the return label would be generated through poshmark?

caseyleev @robinlandis no, it did not received return label, just cancel the transaction, I though you cancel it without ask me ship back. I had returned once before with another seller, and poshmark provide me return shipping label due to the item was 2 size smaller than listing, so poshmark issue me return shipping label( I am assuming on seller cost). However I think during you cancel the transaction, you properly missed issue return shipping label step I think at this point, you can contact poshmark.

robinlandis @annabellevance I did not cancel the transaction. I think Poshmark did. If you go back and look at the history, the last comment is from Poshmark and it states’ “This case has been resolved and the order has been canceled.”?? So I don’t know what to do now!

caseyleev @robinlandis at this point, the only way is to contact Poshmark to send me return shipping label, as sellers I think you should contact them. Trust me, I will not keep clothes not belongs to me. Refund already issued, this jacket is yours. As long as I received the shipping label, I will ship back to you.
