theboldbohemian @annabellegr5683 i've had my packages swiped a bunch during the holiday season - so frustrating! can you file a claim thru Posh and send them a note saying you didn't actually get it? I had that happen and filed a claim and they were able to issue a refund so fingers crossed!

theboldbohemian If you click on your purchases, go to the order, click problem / inquiry then select order not delivered, there should be an option to file a claim saying that its missing. They should get back to you within 48 hrs or so
