closet_absolute Hello there! I’m writing to to you because I want to apologize for what happened with the boots, you purchased from me. It really surprised me as they were new, I never tried them, I’m really sorry!!! I’m trying to contact Poshmark, so you can return them to me and I can refund your money, I’m a consumer too and I understand your position, but honestly I didn’t know something like that could happen. Please accept my sincere apologies!!

closet_absolute Hello Annalise, I’m sorry to bother you again. I contacted Poshmark and they suggested, that you contact them inquiring about the boots. I really think it would best for me to return your money and you should return the boots too. Unfortunately I’m think this is a manufacturing problem. I apologize again for all the inconvenience!!

13moon @closet_absolute hi. yes i’m currently at work and the heel fell off the boot. They should absolutely be thrown away and Id love a refund. would you be willing to just refund me without a return of the boots? I can send photos of how ruined they are if you don’t believe me. thank you!

closet_absolute @13moon I believe you but I rather have them return please! You have to request a return label to Poshmark (you won’t have to pay for it) and they will handle the whole transaction. They can process your credit.

13moon @closet_absolute posh mark will not give me the reimbursement because over three days have passed so they won’t accept a return. this is extremely disappointing and if you would be willing to reimburse me it was be gravely appreciated. I honestly don’t understand how boots could fall apart like paper.. it’s very strange and unfortunate. I’d love to work something out with you because at this rate I would not want people purchasing more items from you if they are of that quality.

closet_absolute @13moon I just contacted Poshmark again to see if they have a solution to this situation. I have to wait for their response. Unfortunately I can’t do any transactions out of Poshmark. Meanwhile can you send pictures of the boots so I can send them to Poshmark, to see if this will help? Sorry you feel that way!!

closet_absolute @13moon Oh wow!!! That is really bad! I can offer you an other pair of boots that I have in my closet, they’re from J.Crew I have them valued for a $100 They are new and I’ll double check that everything is okay with them. You’ll have to pay a small amount so Poshmark can do the transaction. I don’t know what else I can do to made this work. If you have any other ideas, let me know.
