I’m a nurse in a NICU; these will be for some of the little ones who are going into foster homes or who are withdrawing from drugs their moms took while pregnant (these swaddle red are the absolute best for those kiddos!) It’s really nice to have something special to give these babies!!!

Hi Anne, I would love to send some blankets for those babies you says you send with love and a swaddle blanket to foster homes. I was in and out of the foster system as a child. By the grace of God, I have had a blessed adult life. My twins were born at 34 1/2 weeks and only one went to NICU for just a few hours, the dear Lord blessed me with fat, happy lil boys 27 years ago. I am a beginner at sewing but doing great at sewing squares lol. So what size and fabric is best ?
