mdianne1 @annealedani. Hey Ann!!!!! I just took the Handbag out of the dust bag that it has been stored in. It has been stored with tissue paper around it. I have noticed that the leather looks a little dry. It may need some moisturizer. I have taken pictures and I will make a listing in your name. I would like you to look at them and let me know if you still want the handbag. It is a beautiful Handbag and in excellent condition!!!! Please let me know what you want to do!!!!

mdianne1 @annealedani. Hey Ann!!!!! I am truly sorry about this situation. I had no idea about the bag until I went to pack it up. It has been in a dust bag since I received it from a friend. When she gave it to me, it was wrapped in tissue paper and in a dust bag. It was very cared for then and since I received it. I think the tissue may have caused some of the dryness. The bag is in excellent condition!!!! Let me know if you still want it or cancel.

mdianne1 @annealedani. Coach does have a cleaner and moisturizer. I think you can use any handbag leather cleaner or moisturizer.

billandsteph I contacted customer care just now. It says in the shipping USPS has it scanned in. It’s not on my end sorry it’s on USPS. I’ll see what posh tells me to do. I may have to claim it in insurance and refund your money not sure. First time this has happened to me
