Hi Anne. So sorry for the mix up. I noticed the very next day after shipping that I sent the wrong pair of shorts. I immediately went to the order and chose the option to request label for wrong item sent with a note. The PoshMark message said that the buyer will be notified and no worries. It seems that you were never notified and new label was never sent.

I have gone to the case and did the same thing there and it said that you will receive the label to return the shorts and a refund. I have had your actually pair sitting here waiting for PoshMark to give me a label to ship them to you. I am so sorry that this process is like this. Trying to right my wrong seems harder than I thought.
