alwaysjewelz Hi. No it's dark gray and reduced shipping is $3.99 or $4.99 when I drop the price Poshmark will notify you. They are the ones that do the shipping part once I reduce it. It's usually $6.49 so people take advantage of this cause it doesn't happen often
