@annejarek Good morning. In the process of packing the Banana Republic wool dress this morning I noticed a small pull. Unfortunately, the pull looks like it can easily change into a tear/hole. It's very important that my customers are happy with their purchases, therefore I've requested that the order be cancelled and that a refund be issued to you.

As I was packing the shoes you ordered from me, I notice that the lining is peeling even more but the shoe itself and heel are in really good condition.. so you want me to ship them anyway or cancel the order?
