@asofte I’ve never had an issue with postage being due. And I know that package did not exceed the 5 ping limit for Poshmark guidelines. I would speak to your local post office as they’re probably trying to charge you for the box rate instead of the Poshmark label taking care of the fee.

Also Poshmark has updated their shipping guidelines, making ANY box suitable for use. Your post office may not be aware of the update.
