sprenkelsontop @hulaanna Hi there, I wanted to update you and let you know that I was not able to send your order out yesterday and I do apologize. I have contacted Poshmark support because I have run into a slight issue. As I was packing up the tank some of the beading started to come undone.

sprenkelsontop Im sure you know that beading on any garment is a pretty delicate detail to handle but I don’t think it’s very fair to you to pay for it especially because when you initially purchased the tank, it was under the circumstances that all of the beading was intact. The automatic reply from Poshmark said it takes up to 24 hours to reply back to a request so I am awaiting the response.

sprenkelsontop I am asking if there is anyway we can not have you pay for it at all and for shipping to be charged to me because I’d still like to send it to you but I don’t want there to be anything charged to you. sprenkelsontop I feel terrible about this happening and it’s definitely not the way I want to start off my selling experience. It was definitely unanticipated because I did not have any issues while taking the photos for the listing and it was moved around quite a bit. I will keep you updated on everything. Again, I’m so sorry for the inconvenience.
