tabmr @annemmaher5 I just double checked. The medium measures 13 inches across the front. That would probably be your best. I'm a 34b (sometimes c), I feel the large fits me best. One problem is another posher bought my last medium today. I am waiting to hear back about her sizing, because a previous sale had to exchange the small for a medium, since the small was too small for her. I never updated that I shipped that exchange out, which is why I medium as being listed in stock.
