purplejean115 Thanks for the 3 stars because of ship time. I mail all of my orders out same day or the next day if it's sold after the post office closes. I'm sure you got the notice that it was shipped when I mailed it that day so you know that already. Merry Christmas! Hope you day gets better.

millerlaurac I am so sorry about accidentally sending the wrong item. I had the labels marked...I don't know how I did that. I wish poshmark would give you the correct label to ship to the right person and have them do the same. This has never happened, so I'm not exactly sure what to do now. Let me know if you like me to ship the sweater when it gets back to me.

If, however, you meant shipping time, please note that your purchase was completed on 12/23 at 3:45 PM. This was too late to ship on that day. 12/24 was Christmas Eve. I shipped on Monday, you got it on 12/29. Considering that your order was placed around a holiday I did my best to ship as fast as possible. I hope you like the item though. and Happy New Year.

drue4321 @asliwowski123 Thanks to everyone who spoke up about this buyers who gave low rating on things that’s not within Seller’s control. She wanted to offer a low offer on an item plus red flag to send it to another address which should go through Poshmark. I pride myself on excellent items & customer service & you reviews saved me from getting an unsatisfactory rating. I understand one but she doesn’t give any ratings base on her love notes.

asliwowski123 @sashabella12 Hi Anne! A pocket? I don't believe the sweatshirt has a pocket. Perhaps you confuse me with somebody else. When rating you pointed to Seller Responsiveness as a reason for 4 stars and I am not sure how I was not responsive. Anyway, those ratings matter and we want to understand reasons behind.
