@ariel_2475 ive never had this happeed.... but no worries the package is tracked and insured. Lets give it till next monday. That means it’ll be two weeks since it was shipped. And if by then it still hasn’t arrived you can go to problems/inquiries. Ive tried canadapost site not leading anywhere and they said not to call because agents wont know anything either

So i believe you go to problems inquiry and cancel order, and state reason. You will be refunded for everthing
