annegadon72 @gabbygram13 Hi. The post office will not accept the box. Poshmark needs to send a label that is visible. When the printer prints the label, it is printing the top half (instructions) the bottom half that has the physical label - the fonts are not printing clear. Please have Poshmark send a new label to me and I will reprint. I have been trying to get this issue resolved for a week. I am confident that the situation will be resolved.

gabbygram13 @annegadon72 ahh ok what a pain :/ try to go to settings on your printer... only print the label if possible without the instructions or copy and paste label only to new document. Maybe it will work...I’ll ask them too. Thanks so much.
