retrofitrunway Hi there. I was so sorry to hear your new pants didn’t fit. Shopping online can be so tough sometimes. Since I included all the measurements, I wanted to ask you to reconsider your 3 star rating. The pants are in great shape and I sent them out super quickly. I take very good care of my items and work hard to keep customers happy. I have worked really hard to earn my 4.9 star average and pride myself on it. One thing I cannot control for is fit, which is why I include all the measurements.

retrofitrunway Poshmark doesn’t allow returns I suppose because they know fit can be an issue when we aren’t able to try things on before buying. I would be happy to offer you a discount and free shipping on a future purchase. I would really appreciate you reconsidering your review since the unfortunate fact that the pants don’t work for you was not in my control.
