laurenard923 Hi Anne, Poshmark isn’t allowing me to send you more texts on that thread. I contacted Poshmark support but haven’t heard back yet. I did not insure the package because I just used the Poshmark shipping label. I thought they insured it? Idk what to do. I’m very upset about this.

anneeb88 @laurenard923 I know I am too :/ I think I’m in shock. So sorry this is happening, I can’t believe it happened. Hopefully the Poshmark label means it’s insured. I just don’t want you to lose money on that bag! This feels violating and gross!

laurenard923 @anneeb88 hi Anne I recieved a response from Poshmark. They said “Hi Lauren, Thanks for reaching out to us and I'm so sorry to hear this. In order to further assist, I kindly ask that you have the buyer reach out to us directly. They will need to file a formal return case and submit photos/descriptions of their received item. Rest assured that we have a process in place to assist both of you.”
