djg2016 @anneecortopassi I am very responsive, I ship fast, the shoes are described, the size is stated. I was a little dissapointed that you have 4 stars to my item. The shoes are in great condition, they were shipped promptly and packaged carefully. It is not my fault, they don't fit. I am sorry that they don't fit. I buy items taking chances on sizes, and if that were the case, I would have returned many items. I'm not sure what you want me to do.
