kemoesqueen Hello Anneliese, I’m so sorry for your purchase being damaged and smelling of smoke. My home is none smoking with the exception of sage however, yours was the second complaint of smoke smell. Please consider submitting an investigation to return the jeans. I would never intentionally sell anything damage or smelly. Best regards.
