klosettweeks @staci_lynn hi just want to make sure I’m doing the right thing Someone made and offer on an item I’m selling, I accept the offer the payment was an error on their end. They need to update their in. However they sent me a message abt shipping time frame if I can ship tomorrow so I’m ask what’s the procedure and how do I ship (which service is best) and do I cover the cost?

staci_lynn @klosettweeks hey! Only ship an item after you receive payment, once payment is made you will get an email for your receipt confirming the order. On the email there will be a shipping label, you will need to print that off and you will send the item priority mail either in a box or an envelope. You can get those from any USPS location. The boxes and the bags for priority are FREE for you, and the buyer pays the shipping, unless it is stated otherwise.

staci_lynn @klosettweeks Either way, when you drop off the item at USPS, they will not charge you as long as it’s the correct shipping label (the one send to your email), and the correct packaging (they should also be able to help you with this). Does this help?

bbxnj @klosettweeks hi aneesta :) welcome to poshmark. :) After I purchased the fashion Nova jacket, poshmark sent you an email with a shipping label attached to it. Please print the label and then attach it to the package and then drop it off at the post office. After I receive it, I will accept it so that the funds get released to you. :)
