I was getting ready to ship them out to you when i saw that there was an issue with the payment so poshmark didn't send me the address label. vnvyboutique Hi Annette I want to thankyou for purchasing the Booties from me, however, I'm wondering what I did to deserve a 1star rating & you selected all of the bad rating options. Why didn't you put what the real issue was because 1)item description was correct & the pics, I took myself. I even put my biz card in the pic to show it wasn't a stock photo. 2)Packaging: The shoes were packaged in their original shoe box and placed in priority box with cushioning.

vnvyboutique 3)seller responsiveness: I think you can look at the messages I sent you and see that I responded to your every question/comment. 4)Item cleanliness: shoes were never worn/never out of their box and very clean when I shipped them to you. I took pics of them before I shipped them. I can show you if you like. 5) Ship time: I pride myself in shipping items out the same if not the next day. You purchased the shoes on Friday evening, I shipped them on Saturday morning.
