netrene @riglem65 Then perhaps you shouldn't be selling jewelry if you don't know how to check what it is. And you definitely knew that the bail was bent/broken when you sent it. In the pictures you had it wasn't bent or broken. It wasn't damaged during shipping - so you knowingly sent me a damaged item.
