strawberriblack @bobbienjoying I just got the sunglasses, unfortunately, they are broken. They are missing the main screw on one side that holds the lens in the frame. Do you have a screw that fits????

bobbienjoying So sorry to hear about the screw. I just informed Posh that there was no indication on my end that a screw was missing, and I am certain the lens was not loose. I would definitely have contacted you and cancelled if I knew. May I suggest you take the glasses to a Brighton store or your own Optomotrist. Both places have screws that most probably would fit. As you have already filed a case with Posh, we can wait and see what happens. I wish you had let me know first.

bobbienjoying I made all of $7 on this item, and would have gladly sent it to you to have a new screw replacement. Whatever the call by Posh, I am still willing to do that. It can be such a hassle to return things.

strawberriblack @bobbienjoying Bobby. I have just starting using postmark last week. I am not sure how everything works. I never wanted in anyway hurt your good record is there a way to stop the inquiry, or let them know we can resolve this between us.

bobbienjoying and say we are resolving the issue together, that might work. My concern is that if you can’t get the screw replaced or the lens stabilized, you would then be out far more than than the $7 I would send you. I guess it is best left as is. I know you meant no harm. No matter whose favor Posh rules in, Keep the glasses and I will send you the repair cost. Does that work?

Walmart and LensCrafters are also pretty accommodating. What was the total cost to you? Are there any other items in my closet you like?
