Hi. You purchased a dress from my closet yesterday, and I have had to cancel the order. I apologize for any inconvenience to you. When retrieving the item from the closet, I noticed it must have been snagged by another garment or hanger. Because I really only am comfortable selling items in pristine condition, I felt it was unacceptable. If you are ever interested in something else I have offered, I will discount heavily to compensate. Once again, I am horribly sorry.
