annicke1 @jennygauge1990 My God! This is the first time that something like this has happened to me, I know there are a lot of package thieves. Hope this is not the case! I sold a lot this week and as I reuse my boxes, they are not identical I go from memory, but it is, it seems to me, a box of about 10 inches by 10 inches (white i think) because it was two small tops only, so not a big box. I will write to Poshmark immediately. So sorry. We keep in touch

Customer support just emailed me saying it’s likely that there was an error in the postal tracking system and my package should still be on its way and delivered in a few days. However, if you are very interested, I offer you the possibility to put these items aside for 7 days. After this period I will put them in inventory again. Therefore, we have processed this as a lost package and will be compensating both sides. We have added your earnings to your account, while also refunding your buyer as part of the protection we provide each of our users." I'm disappointed for you but at least you will be compensated!
