miss_annie_b @eleanorgould I'm sorry you were unhappy with it. If you read the listing details, you would have seen that I said "silk like." A true silk item would go for much more money. I did not remove any tag and purchased it as exactly as it is from a resale shop. I did not intend to be deceitful in my listing whatsoever and will gladly take it back.

diyanasf @abalavitch just a bit of advice, thoroughly check your items before listing them to prevent a false description. You owe that to your potential customers. Good to know you don't usually check items. Maybe in the description you should have mentioned "Item not examined for over a year, may have holes" that way I could of saved a disappointing purchase.

miss_annie_b @diyanasf I do take special care examine all my items when I photograph and make listings. But sometimes things can get missed - mistakes happen. diyanasf @abalavitch Poshmark rep is saying all they can do is a 5 dollar credit??? HOW IS THAT FAIR????? I WANT A FULL REFUND!! IF THEY WON'T DO IT, YOU SHOULD, ESPECIALLY IF THIS WASN'T INTENTIONAL!! I WILL SEND YOU YOUR ROBE BACK AND I EXPECT A FULL REFUND!! you should be helping me get a refund especially because you didn't disclose this item had holes!!
