msnene29 Hello Annie, thank u for purchasing the boots. I do see where the packaging was a concern for you. Honestly, when I purchased them and they were delivered to me, that was the same box they were sent in. On Posh anything over 5lbs, u must upgrade your label. I assume thats why they were packaged that way from the original shipper.I did appreciate the shoes were wrapped in plastic to keep from being scratched, yet I hope you enjoy the boots and again I do apologize .
