I was going to respond to u about the boots but she blocked me so I couldn't respond to you. So to answer your questions yes. I had made and offer and she countered. I accepted and purchased. She cancelled my purchase and opened a new account with the new higher price of 3 times what she countered me at and I had accepted. No worries I will find another pair. So she still has these available if people want to purchase them from her as I am not paying the price she is asking.
