anniefineb @rebeccarar22 I’m sorry! I thought they were the tortoise color, that’s what I’m really looking for. Yours looked that color at first and you didn’t have a color described in your listing so that’s why I was very interested. I already have a non folding black pair. jeremysmith795 Hi Annie. I just bought a hat from you and it got returned to sender yesterday. It was my first ever purchase on Posh and I had no idea that everything is shipped USPS. I tried to intercept it down At the post office but it is already on its way back. I do not receive USPS I get Fedex, UPS, everything from Amazon gets here no problem. It didn’t even dawn on me that it could be USPS. What can we do? Thanks a lot and I’m really sorry for the inconvenience ! Thanks. Jeremy

anniefineb @jeremysmith795 Thanks for reaching out! I contact poshmark as well to see what we could do to get the package back to you and if you had another shipping address that we could send it to. Unfortunately they only use USPS - hopefully when they get back to me I can see if they can use UPS or Fed Ex, they might contact you as well. we might have to cancel the order and start over :( Ill keep you updated to what Posh has to say.

jeremysmith795 @anniefineb ok perfect I also have a neighbor that is my friend and she said she would be glad to accept a package for me via USPS. So if you are able to put in a different addy and print another label we should be good to go. I will not cancel the order I will wait to hear back from you. Thanks for being cool!

anniefineb @jeremysmith795 no problem at all! Posh generates the shipping label automatically when you purchase, so if you update the address in your profile, it will give a new label with that provided address. We will most likely have to wait till the package comes back to me and cancel the whole order and then re-do it and the new label will print. If you are cool with that- I’m cool with it :) I’ll be in touch when it makes it back here.
