botanicalwiz @lavidalocatx I really appreciate you reaching out to me I thought things were going OK but I really running to our snag this week. I have someone that bought my bathing suit and are claiming that they had spots on them and posh Mark is returning them. I made a huge mistake by not photographing the inside of the bathing suits. Lesson learned. I have not received the soup that I'm just hoping they're not permanently ruined.

lavidalocatx @botanicalwiz I'm really sorry that happened to you! A return request eventually happens to all of us and bc Posh doesn't allow returns unless there's a legitimate reason unfortunately you might encounter buyers who create reasons. Like you noted the best defense is a good offense so just take as many pictures as possible next time, especially of the tag.

lavidalocatx @botanicalwiz It does play both ways though because I've been deceived by a seller twice and both times Posh has sided with me which I was grateful for. Unfortunately the world is full of dishonest people and the nature of online selling allows ppl to exploit that so the best thing you can do is protect yourself as best as possible, not take it personally and use it as a learning experience.

lavidalocatx @botanicalwiz I know that doesn't make things better but if whatever damage is only on the inside at the very least you can relist the item, disclose the damage and try to get some $$ back
