likeadeline @annmarienowak I don’t understand what makes the sweater unwearable ? Also It is visible in the pictures I posted in the listing . I wished you would have tried it on first and before accepting the package . Although I don’t see a problem with the sweater being as I did post it in pictures I would have happily done something to make you happy .

I need more understanding also of what makes this unable to be worn . Sorry I am not trying to sound gruff . Just kinda confused as how to proceed and don’t feel like I fully see the issue .

annmarienowak @likeadeline the problem is that because of the consistent design of the sweater, the eye goes directly to the flaws in the design when the sweater is on. Because of that, the sweater is not wearable. They are clear picks in the sweater , which you did not describe in your listing. The sweater is defective. Unfortunately I am newish to Poshmark and wanted to release your funds to you, having no idea that it would render me stuck with a flawed product.

likeadeline @annmarienowak than you might need to think of this as a lesson learned the hard way on posh because it’s very important to examine the item upon arrival .... they only thing I can suggest is you list the item and accept the very same offer from me and I will buy it back from you but you must give the same exact discount on shipping that I gave you.

likeadeline @annmarienowak . And mail it back in the exact condition I sent it to you . No worse marks and it better not have been worn other than to try on . There are a lot of scams out there and I also know there was a question of this fitting in questions . Given the return policy not allowing returns for not fitting this could always be the case and I could never know . That’s your only option . Take it or leave it or think of this a hard learned mistake .

likeadeline @annmarienowak and part of me doesn’t want me to be this flexible with you because you gave me a 2 star rating after you missed the process of letting me fix it before dropping my rating down that low . I understand that there was an issue but I would have made you happy now I have the only two star I’ve ever gotten from you .... and I’m not feeling very happy to go out of my way to make this backwards transaction . I could be getting super scammed .

annmarienowak @likeadeline I feel like you are being very distrustful and frankly disrespectful to me as a buyer. I purchased the sweater in good faith that it was in good wearable condition. I cannot imagine why anyone would list a damaged item for sale. I would NEVER scam someone over any transaction. I would also never consider wearing an item and then returning it. I will work through the Poshmark return/guarantee system rather than this attitude over this meager transaction.

If you were unhappy I would have fully refunded you and given you a free item . The fact is that I was willing to work to make you happy and still am but I am feeling attacked in that rating. I have given you a solution that might work .

likeadeline @annmarienowak I’m saying at this point you can take that deal or you can keep the sweater ... I’ve messed up on Poshmark as a buyer too in the beginning and I was not compensated... which is why I say it might have to be a hard lesson learned unless you do what I explained as a solution. I also have to protect myself because I have been scammed
