It's OK! it's not a big deal at all, but i just was making a note of it since it's something i'll have to fix at some point, so i didn't feel like i could give you 5 stars. But i def didn't think it was intentional at all and figured it was just an unfortunate oversight. no worries, i hope you are having a good weekend!

Hi there! I saw your notes about the undies I sent you and wanted to follow-up. Both items were inspected, lint rolled and sent in brand new condition with tags attached so I was surprised to see the comment about “cleanliness” - any other feedback you might have would be great since this is the first 4 star rating I’ve ever received :(

@tinytinycloset hmm ok well the package and tags were pretty dirty/grimy, which didn't give me a great feeling of cleanliness; not sure if that was stuff beyond your control - e.g., the mailing - but it was noticeable enough that i didn't feel like it merited 5 stars. Sorry i didn't take a picture of it to show you what i mean... But 4 stars seems like a perfectly fine rating...
