kimtozz It’s Kim. I’m so sorry about the holes in your shirt. I didn’t even notice them. I do know what you are referring to though because I feel like those delicate anthro t-shirts get that when you wear them with jeans from the button. I tried to take money off but customer service said I could do it since it is marked complete. They did say you could go directly to them with the problem. I apologize. I wish I could fix this for you.

kimtozz I didn’t realize there were holes. Those delicate anthro shirts sometimes get holes by a jean button. I offered an additional discount but heard back from Poshmark Cust Support...Thank you for reaching out! It looks like the funds have already been released to you for this order. Once the funds are released to the seller, the sale is complete and cannot be reversed for a return or refund.
